What should you know before getting started?

Since we work with the official WhatsApp API, Meta requires all businesses to go through a formal approval process – which usually takes up to two weeks. Don’t worry – we’ll guide you every step of the way. 😊

To start the process, you’ll need:

  • A Facebook Business Page

  • A website with a custom domain

  • A valid business license

  • Proof of phone number ownership (e.g. an invoice with your business name)

Important: These requirements are mandatory – Meta won’t allow access without them.

Also, you can’t use your existing WhatsApp Business number that’s tied to your mobile device.
We’ll provide you with a dedicated virtual number that will be used for sending and receiving messages. This number will display your business name and profile picture, and you can also request a Green Label for official verification.
